Culinary Nutritionist Naomi Lewis, MS, empowers her clients to become healthier individuals from the inside out. Through private consulting, Naomi reveals how diet, ingredient quality, and proper food preparation all work hand in hand to create a foundation for good health.
Naomi specializes in paleo based nutrition and the Whole30 program. After experimenting with just about every diet trend in existence, she has found that paleo simply makes the most sense. This way of eating makes her feel the healthiest, and most vibrant. Yet Naomi doesn't think of paleo as a diet – it is a way of life.
Naomi integrates her extensive culinary and nutrition background with her own life experience to help guide her clients to health. She can provide practical recipes and tips for creating paleo inspired meals, specific to your needs – whether that means easy weeknight meals, kid friendly baked goods, or celebratory dinners. Plus, Naomi can help clients with specific dietary needs like Celiac Disease, or Gluten Sensitivity, and she can guide parents whose children are struggling with food allergies.
Naomi holds a degree in Anthropology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, an MS in Clinical Nutrition and Counseling from Bastryr University in Washington State, and a Chef's Training certification from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. She is a certified AIP (Auto Immune Protocol) wellness practitioner. She completed this program with Mickey Trescott, Angie Alt and Sarah Ballantyne. Naomi lives in Berkeley, California, with her husband and two daughters. She offers in person consultation in the Bay Area, and private Skype and phone consultations for long distance clients.
Naomi's programs have helped people in all walks of life improve their lives and health. Anyone can benefit from a healthy diet – and Naomi can show you how to get there.
